Most recently I've been leading design for Patient Experience at Nurx, a telemedicine service that aims to improve access to healthcare, both economically and geographically, for underserved Americans. Leading a small team my main focus was shaping the experiences patients had when interacting with our team of doctors, nurses, and pharmacists through our mobile and web apps. Additionally I led a rebrand effort which launched in early 2019 with the collaboration of the agency Koto.

Previous to this I was the founding designer at Lighthouse AI, a smart home security camera, focused on helping busy households stay connected with what's going on at home. During my 3 years at lighthouse I touched almost all parts of the product as we went from stealth mode to launch to exit.

I grew up in Denmark, where I had a passion for buildling and designing websites from a very young age. Throughout the years I've kept some degree of familiarity with the coding aspect, which has influenced my methodic and systematic approaches to design. I enjoy building rigorous design systems that are logical and easily scalable, while also having the freedom to convey emotion and humanity to most effectively achieve its goals.
